REASONS WHY REFINED SUGAR AND MILK ARE NOT GOOD FOR YOUR BODY



We commonly do take sugar and  milk nearly everyday of our lives, the natural form of sugar can be found in sugar cane, but the refined form which is usually white has some side effects that are not encouraging.even milk is not for matured people, it is meant for nursing babies,if you doubt me, here are my reasons why refined sugar and milk are not good for your body.

It is advisable not to eat white, refined sugar and its products, because the juice in sugar cane that passes through machines loses all its life-giving elements during refining. When it enters the body as white sugar , it bonds itself with calcium, phosphorus and other vital nutrients in the body and destroys them, it kills, it does not add value to your health.

You may not be using white sugar but it can indirectly be taken through cakes, chocolates, soft drinks and ice cream.

On the other hand, milk is not mature people’s food but for little nursing babies, there is no enzyme that digests milk in a matured person’s system. Young babies according to science have the enzyme that emulsifies milk and digests it.

When a baby is growing and having teeth, this enzyme would slowly fade away from the body,meaning that the baby is capable of chewing food with the teeth. So if you see a matured person taking milk, know that he still wants to be a baby.

Since milk have no enzyme to have it digested, when combined with sugar, it runs through the stomach and the intestines, it clots and blocks the digestive system.

That is why people who take lots of milk,sugar and tea with white bread and butter always constipate, these foods are all devitalized and have less fiber or bulk to move the bowel.

People who always sit at table with sugar and milk will always complain of constipation, heaviness, catarrh, headaches, and fevers especially our youth with garri,Sugar and milk,it clouds their brains and dulls their intellect. They need fresh fruits, with grains diet. Banana is a good diet for students.

Eventually, every individual’s diet depends on the type of work he/she performs. Heavy foods are good for those who are equally taxed on heavy, hard works, but a student reading books and learning needs plenty  of fresh fruits and vegetables.foods that take much longer time to digest, becloud the brain and make reading and learning difficult.
