The following pieces of advice on health will be good for
you when you live by them and encourage yourself to live a better life, you
will save money which otherwise would be used as for drugs and you will live
longer.
these simple tips are natural laws you can easily apply to
live a longer and healthier life.
1.drink slowly:drink water slowly with small cups. Digestion
becomes disturbed when we drink water speedily in big cups. Most of us do this
because we do not train our body to drink water at dry seasons, we only request
for water when the body has become so dry with heavy thirst.
Remember, before nature will call for water, the body cells
have already been worn.train yourself with water drinking, sipping it slowly in
a small cup.
2.lime in place of lemon:lemon and lime are brothers.but
they differ in nutrients.medically, lemon is wonderful, it has many medical
properties, and lime also has its own. It is better to use lemon if it is available, but sometimes where you cannot find lemon, about two limes can take
its place.
3.night eating:during sleep, the body is repaired.
Activities are lessened, less heat is produced, the breathing is slower, the
heart beats more slowly, the nerves and the muscles are relaxed, digestion is
lessened, then why should one eat in the night, and the worse is going to bed
immediately after meals?
This is the cause of wonderful, unpleasant dreams during
sleep.the fact is that people who eat early and go to bed without much food,
sleep soundly and wake up strong and healthy, but the results of late suppers
are weakness, overweight and aging.
Fruits can be taken to relieve severe hunger,then water
melon or water when taken can calm severe hunger till the next day.
4.sleep on the right side:it is always better to sleep on
the right side.by so doing the heart is free to perform its work during sleep.
Sleeping on the left side is wrong posture, you may be unaware that you sleep
on the heart.
The position of the heart is a bit shifted to the left side
of the chest, on the right posture, it is released for proper circulation
especially when sleeping in a well ventilated room.
5.Night sweats:all those who sweat severely on bed should put
sea water or salt in warm water and make sponge birth before retiring to bed.
6.nightmares/snoring: night or late suppers are the real
cause of wonderful dreams during sleep. Anyone who eats heavily late at night
will suffer these unpleasant dreams and complications.
The worse is to go to bed immediately after loading your
stomach at the same time sleeping on the back, snoring and unpleasant dreams
are the results. People with frequent nightmares and snorers must always sleep
on the right side or on the stomach and stop eating late at night.
Fruits diet taken continuously and reducing heavy starch
foods such as garri and others will help reduce snoring during sleep.
