HOW TO OVERCOME FATIGUE



Do you easily get tired all the time?, do you feel down ? like you don’t want to set your foot on the floor,like you just want to sleep all day long.well,that sounds like fatigue to me.

Almost everyone experiences fatigue at some time. After putting in a long weekend or been stressed out in office, well its natural to feel tired. This kind of physical and emotional fatigue is normal and you can usually restore your energy with rest or exercise.

If you feel tired all the time or if the exhaustion is overwhelming, you may begin to worry that your condition is more serious than just fatigue.when fatigue isn’t accompanied by other symptoms, a specific cause often can’t be determined.

A common cause of chronic fatigue is lack of regular exercise. This problem can be remedied easily by gradually increasing your activity and beginning an exercise program.

Fatigue can be the result of physical or emotional problems.physical fatigue is usually more pronounced later in the day and it often resolves with a good night’s sleep.emotional fatigue often peaks first thing in the morning and gets better as the day progresses.

HOW TO OVERCOME FATIGUE. 

1.get sufficient night sleep:you need at least 8-10 hours of uninterrupted sleep and when you wake you will feel your strength coming right on you.

2.rest and relax:at some point,you need to take breaks even while at work.like the saying goes ‘all work and no play makes jack a dull boy”so you need rest,relax or do something that will keep your mind at ease

3.exercise more:exercise is very important.it helps a lot.so you need to exercise, at least once a week would be okay.

4.eat a balanced diet and stay clear of high fat foods.

5.lose weight if you are overweight.

6.avoid smoking.
